4 ladies from our church was staying at Berlin Ohio, shopping for the week. We decided to go to Niagara Falls and ride the Maiden mist . Getting the tickets was very easy. Our guide Ricco was very nice. He explained a lot about the falls and the area. The boat ride was awesome. The only thing that would be handy to take is something with you to hold your rain poncho down or together, so it doesn't blow up. A lot of shops and eating places. People were very nice to each other. Offering to take pictures for one another. Overatgreat experience.

Everything was spectacular. Our guide was very knowledgeable and her explanations were excellent.
The only thing I would point out is that, during the last part of the tour, when we were going to the ferry, she left us on our own and only showed us where the line to enter was. At that moment, another guide from a different company arrived with a group of about 20 people and had them enter without waiting in line, right in front of us. I found that a little unpleasant and unfair.I’m not sure if this would have happened if our guide had stayed with us. Other than that, everything was perfect!

My family is from Niagara falls so I was playing tourist that day with my older daughter.
