- Wear sturdy, non-slip shoes and bring a water-resistant backpack to keep your items dry near the Falls.
- Restrooms may not be readily available during the tour—use facilities ahead of time.
- No parking is available at the tour meeting point. There are 2 (out of 11 total) main paid parking lots located at Niagara Parkway. Both parking lots are open year-round.
- Please be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. We’re unable to accommodate late arrivals or issue refunds.
- Tip: Keep an eye on the skies—peregrine falcons often soar near the Falls. These cliff-dwelling birds are not just rare but also the fastest animals on earth.

I had such an amazing time on this tour! Our guide, Alora, was really friendly, knowledgeable and organised. It was great to hear some stories about the history of the falls as we walked around. The experiences themselves were incredible. It was great to get so close to the falls and to see them from such unique angles. Worth noting - if you go on the boat ride you WILL get soaked, even wearing the poncho! Definitely still worth it but plan your outfit accordingly!!

My one suggestion is at the end of the tour, you provide transportation back to the starting point for the money that was spent or offer it as an option.

Our guide was great, but it was hard to hear him. Maybe guides should have portable microphone/speakers so it's easier to understand them? We also felt rushed. Most of our party had mobility issues (one in a wheelchair), so it was hard to keep up/we kept falling behind. There's no mention as to how strenuous it is to walk between attractions (it was exhausting). Maybe Headout could consider ADA friendly tours that have dedicated shuttles to get people with disabilities and their parties to each attraction. Even if this is not something scheduled that can be booked, it could be listed as being "by request".

Tour was supposed to be 2 hours with a guide and end at table rock. In total (with the hornblower cruise!) it was 55 minutes. There was not much "guidance" and totally overpriced for someone to show us a couple of things and guide you to the cruise. It ended immediately after the boat ride. The mentioned discounts for the souvenir shops did not apply! I wouls not recommend this to anyone as it makes more sense to buy the boat ride directly there and save a lot of money. Would appreciate a partial refund as this was definitely not what was advertised.

There was really nothing to love. Since I primarily bought the ticket for the Hornblower Cruise, my husband and I went straight to the place that said Niagara City Cruises. I showed my ticket to the man at the entrance and asked if we were at the right place. He said yes. So we proceeded on and on and on. When they finally scanned the ticket, right before boarding, they said that we were NOT in the right place, and that we should be on a tour instead. Of course, by that time, it was way past our ticketed time. They would not honor my ticket, even though it clearly stated that it included a Hornblower Cruise. We ended up spending the money to buy two more tickets. Clearly, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

We elected to go for the 'behind the falls' + the tower+a boat trip. We really enjoyed the trip overall - if we had a citicism it would be that the first part of the tour (behind the falls) felt rushed as we had only. 45 minutes to queue,descend see the 3 viewing points quickly and queue again for the lift back up in order to get the coach to the tower. We would have preferred more time to get more pictures and felt this was not organised for the visitors convenience. We also felt rushed when we stopped at the maple syrup stop which we enjoyed. The guide was good and answered all my questions. The falls were spectacular.

the the skylone tower, boat ride and being behind the falls was pretty good and as expected. I would've liked some free time (as advertised) from the tour company to be able to see more of the town. We lost some time due to traffic and road closures in Toronto so at Niagara times felt very crunched and a bit rushed (not enough time for sightseeing or eating) Maple testing, and floral clock is something you can definitely skip, not much there Tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful

Had such a wonderful experience! Afshin, our tour guide, was very friendly and personable and not annoying at all like some tour guides are. As a tourrist, I was very excited to do all of the fun bucketlist items like getting to experince eating frozen maple syrup off a stick and of course the bretahatking view of Niagra. Hard to put into words how the eperince was, but it was memorable. I reccoemnd taking a tour because you don't have to worry about parking, or where to go. I had a great time

We elected to go for the 'behind the falls' + the tower+a boat trip. We really enjoyed the trip overall - if we had a citicism it would be that the first part of the tour (behind the falls) felt rushed as we had only. 45 minutes to queue,descend see the 3 viewing points quickly and queue again for the lift back up in order to get the coach to the tower. We would have preferred more time to get more pictures and felt this was not organised for the visitors convenience. We also felt rushed when we stopped at the maple syrup stop which we enjoyed. The guide was good and answered all my questions. The falls were spectacular.

the the skylone tower, boat ride and being behind the falls was pretty good and as expected. I would've liked some free time (as advertised) from the tour company to be able to see more of the town. We lost some time due to traffic and road closures in Toronto so at Niagara times felt very crunched and a bit rushed (not enough time for sightseeing or eating) Maple testing, and floral clock is something you can definitely skip, not much there Tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful

My husband and I had a wonderful time! Greg was a knowledgeable and friendly guide. He took time to make everyone feel comfortable along the wat. Maid of the Mist was a roaring, great, fun filled experience and well worth the time and money. I highly recommend this tour and boat ride!

My husband and I had THE best time thanks to Bryan! We got to see and do everything! He gave us other recommendations for after the tour was over and he wasn't lying we definatly had to see them! he was awesome, kept the group together, kept us entertained, had fun with us, he was seriously the best! AND ALSO BRYAN WE FOUND A BLACK SQUIRRELL, after cave of the winds! Lol Thank you so much for such a great tour and time! Best anniversary weekend ever!!!

Other than being directed on my tickets to the wrong meeting point which created a lot of extra unnecessary walking to get to the right place, the tour itself was exciting and very good.

The entire experience was awesome! Boarding the boat was easy, lots of interesting information along the walking tour from the boat to the journey behind the falls. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes! A water bag isn't necessary bc the ponchos they provide will cover you and a backpack.
