- No parking is available at the tour meeting point. There are 2 (out of 11 total) main paid parking lots located at Niagara Parkway. Both parking lots are open year-round.
- Please be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. We’re unable to accommodate late arrivals or issue refunds.
- Tip: Keep an eye on the skies—peregrine falcons often soar near the Falls. These cliff-dwelling birds are not just rare but also the fastest animals on earth.

The tour itself was very good !! The only problem was when we booked there was also supposed to be a boat tour included. When we checked in we were told the boat tour was not running today and we would be getting some money back . The tour that we got was very good and had alot of fun but not what we paid for . Dear Haedout Unfortunately, although we were very much looking forward to the boat trip to Niagara Falls, the Canadian boat was not operating on May 1, 2025. It is strange that we purchased the tickets less than 24 hours before the cruise, and they were on sale. We only found out that the cruise was not taking place while we were waiting at the meeting point. I would therefore like to ask you to refund the amount I paid by credit card. We bought tickets for 3 adults and 2 children. We paid over 700 CAD Our Booking ID: 24713988 I firmly believe that you will return the amount stated to us.

I booked this tour for my sister in law who is here visiting from out of the country. The biggest problem of many was that there was no Hornblower cruise or journey behind the falls. I booked this tour specifically for that and it did not happen. The tour was also advertised to be 2.5 hours and it was only 1.5 hours. My wife and I had to change our plans so we could pick up my sister in law. The tour was supposed to end up back at the starting place which it did not and the guides left her at a building and she did not know where she was as she is unfamiliar with the area. It was a very rainy day and the guides did not provide her with the expected poncho until well into the tour. She was left wet, cold and in an unknown area. Luckily we were still close and were able to find her. Very unhappy with the result of this tour.

The highlight of the trip was definitely the horn blower cruise and also our tour guide, Afsheen. He was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty and history of Niagara Falls. His enthusiasm made the tour even more enjoyable and engaging. The tours themselves were well-organized and truly spectacular. From getting up close to the falls to exploring the surrounding attractions, every moment was memorable. We loved our guide Alisha. She had a great upbeat personality that made the tour more exciting. She gave a lot of good information regarding history and places to go or places to eat. We loved that the tour due to it hitting all the spots that we were interested in seeing. It would be a nice option for people that want to stay at the locations longer to pick an extended time tour. We liked the time frame we were at for each location but if we had an elderly person with us, I could see them wanting more time at each location or needing more time to get to the next location. We loved and will recommend to family and friends in the future.

Idaina was very informative and accommodating. My 2 friends and I got lost trying to find her at the Skylon Tower but she made sure we got there and waited a few extra minutes for us. The tour was very good but I wish it had more information on the walking distances. We highly recommend Idaina as a guide!

The hornblower experience was great even though we could here none of the commentary. No where on your site does it mention the amount of walking required or the # of stairs or the pace. It felt rushed...both time at the sites and the walking pace. Our guide stopped a few times to talk about what we were looking at but the rest of the time he would speak while walking but only the few right beside him could hear. There were only 4 of us in the group. Why call it a guided tour when we are simply dropped off at the venue door?
