Great tour, we got to visit all the highlights and none disappointed. Very family friendly and our tour guide was very knowledgeable!!
My sons and I had a great experience - perfect cadence of activities and enough time to fully enjoy each one. The highlight was the illumination tour. The tour put together a variety of activities that I wouldn't have been able to find and it gave us priority access to make the day super efficient and fun! Thank you!
We learned about and saw Niagra Falls from a variety of perspectives, in a organized and efficient manner. This is not the tour for those who want to linger at sites and rather for those who want an varied overview of Niagra Falls. Would do again with other friends and family.
Lots of activities in one day. We could not have done so many fun things on our own. Our guide did a tremendous job to make everything flow smoothly and he took care of everyone. Thanks
Did the combo tour with my mom for Mother’s Day. We both LOVED it. The boat ride was wild and the guide took extra care with my mom (she’s a bit nervous with crowds). Night lights were perfect. So worth it.
Just wow. The combo tour was the best part of our Niagara trip. Our guide was so knowledgeable and took great pics for us. Night lights? UNREAL. Would do again in a heartbeat.
I honestly didn’t expect to be THAT blown away. Did the Day and Night Combo Tour last week w/ my partner—total game changer. The boat ride was the best part for us (got SOAKED, bring extra socks lol). Our guide, Marco, kept things light and fun, even when we hit some crowds right before sunset. Seeing the falls lit up at night was a whole vibe. We got a bit chilly after dark so maybe pack a light jacket (even in May!). The only thing that bugged me was that the elevator lines at Skylon Tower were kinda long, but worth it for the view. Def worth the $$ and time. Would do again for sure.
Great way to see the falls in one go. The night lights were a highlight for me. Guide was knowledgeable and kept things moving. Only complaint—the food court near Skylon is meh. Bring snacks!
Took my two teens and my wife. The kids LOVED the boat cruise (water ponchos are a must, trust me). The night lights were honestly magical, but my youngest got cranky waiting for the tower elevator. Our guide had great jokes and facts. Would skip the souvenir shop next time—kinda overpriced.
Did this tour with friends—soooo fun! The boat ride was wild, and the lights at night were unreal. Our guide was super chill.
Our family of four did this tour and it was the highlight of our trip. The kids loved getting close to the falls on the boat (they laughed so hard when we got splashed). The night lights were something we’ll never forget. Our guide handled our rowdy crew like a pro.
WOW. Just wow. Took the combo tour last week with my boyfriend and it was such a memorable day. The Skylon Tower view at sunset is UNREAL. Boat ride was wild, got drenched but it was worth every second. Nighttime lights made everything feel magical. 10/10 recommend.
Really enjoyed the combo tour. Saw all the main sights and the guide was awesome. Nighttime was busy but worth it for the view. Wear layers, it gets chilly after sunset.
Epic tour. Did it with my girlfriend. Got soaked on the boat but it was hilarious. The guide took great pics for us. Night lights are a can’t-miss. 10/10.
Epic day out. Did the tour with a bunch of friends on a bachelor trip. The Journey Behind the Falls was way cooler than I expected—so loud down there! The night lights were sick but we were all wiped by then. Our guide had a never-ending supply of fun facts. Would’ve liked a bit more time at the Skylon bar, but hey, can’t have it all.
Went with my family and we all had a blast, even grandma. The elevator up Skylon Tower was a bit scary for her, but the view was worth it. Night lights were sooooo pretty. Wear comfy shoes, there’s way more walking than we expected.
Did this for my wife’s birthday. It was unforgettable. The boat ride is a must, and the night lights were magical. Guide was fantastic.
Solid tour, worth the money for sure. Our guide, Nick, was suuuper enthusiastic (almost too much at times but I respect the energy). Lots of walking, so don’t wear new shoes. My favorite part was the view from the Skylon Tower at sunset—breathtaking. Group size was just right, didn’t feel lost in a crowd.
Solid tour. Saw everything I wanted in a day. The guide was friendly and gave us just enough free time. Nighttime was my highlight, but it gets chilly so bring a sweater, even in May!
What a day! Our guide was so friendly and had great stories. The boat ride was a blast (yes, you get wet). Night lights were stunning. Bring a jacket for evenings.
This tour was the highlight of our Canada trip. My husband and I did the combo tour in late April—weather was perfect! Not too hot, not freezing. Our guide, Peter, was super knowledgeable and even helped us get the best photo spots (he’s got skills). Loved seeing the falls change from day to night. If you’re into photography, bring your gear!
Great experience overall. Our guide was super informative and made sure we got the full experience. Night lights were the best part. Bring a power bank for your phone!
Went solo and honestly, it was just okay. The day part dragged a bit, and I wish we had more time at the Illumination Tower—it felt suuuper rushed. Good way to tick off the main sights tho. Guide was nice but sometimes hard to hear in the crowd. Probably better if you’re w/ friends or family.
We had a good time overall. The tour covers all the main sights and the guide was fun. Only issue was waiting for the boat—it was late by like 20 mins. Still, the night lights made up for it. Dress for the weather!
Brought my parents visiting from Spain. They LOVED it. The guide spoke slowly so my folks could follow along. The boat ride was their favorite, and they kept talking about the lights at night. Easy way to see the best bits of Niagara in a day.

Seeing the fireworks from the Hornblower was a great way to watch, so much better than from land. We also had the opportunity to go behind the scenes into the illumination tower to see how the colors are changed for both American and Horseshoe Falls. What a treat to see the man behind the curtain in charge of changing the lights. So fancy compared to the early days. The one thing that put a slight damper on the evening was how dinner was rushed - we were told dinner was at Table Rock but it ended up being at Queen Victorias. The food was incredible I just wish we had more than an hour to enjoy it.
Boat tour/illumination tower. It was hard to locate guide, did not have on clothing that was mentioned in directions to assist with identification. We did not dine at restaurant mentioned in tour details, so we had to go to another restaurant and dinner was rushed. Overall, guide was nice, knowledgeable, and tour turned out ok, but was off to ruff start.
The whole experience was amazing! Thank you Ashton, you were a wonderful guide, we had a blast!
Ebad was our driver and he made the experience extra amazing! Illuminating the Falls was the highlight of the night!!
We had a BLAST! My dad got picked to change the lights first and he was sooo proud. The staff really made it a special night for our fam. Pro tip: bring a jacket even if it’s May, the mist gets chilly.
Took my wife for her birthday and it was a magical night. The staff was super friendly and let us each pick a color. Will recommend to all my friends.
My kids are still raving about this. The tech is cool and the staff make it feel special for everyone. Would go again in a heartbeat.
Took my parents for a birthday treat and this night tour was just... wow. The falls LIT UP in all those colors, and we even got to press the button to change them ourselves! Our guide, Sam, cracked so many jokes and made us feel like VIPs. Bit chilly so I was glad I brought a scarf, but honestly, the lights and fireworks were worth every goosebump. We stayed after to watch the lights shift for a while, just soaking it all in. 10/10, will remember this forever.
Pretty cooool tour. Changing the lights is def worth it, especially if you’ve never seen Niagara at night. Got a little packed in the control room, so if ur claustro be warned. Our guide was super friendly tho and made sure everyone got a turn. Weather was a bit misty but still magical.
If you want something out of the ordinary at Niagara, DO THIS! I was skeptical at first but honestly, changing the falls’ color is a memory for life. Our guide even let my son do the final countdown for the fireworks. Whole fam left smiling.
Best part of our Niagara trip! The lights, the fireworks, the friendly staff—everything just clicked. Weather was perfect too. Book it if you can.
Just wow. The colors on the falls at night are something else. Guide was super friendly. Don’t miss this if you’re in Niagara!
This was EPIC! Took my wife and two kids (7 and 10) and they still talk about it weeks later. The moment when we got to change the light colors ourselves was just... next level. Loved how the guide made it feel special for everyone. Pro tip: layer up if it’s breezy, the mist got us good.
Book this tour, you won’t regret it! The lights are GORGEOUS and the staff make the whole thing sooo much fun. My kids can’t stop talking about it.
This was my gf’s idea and I honestly thought it’d be cheesy, but it was actually SO COOL. Even got to pick the color for the falls for a few seconds. The guide was chill and funny. Would do it again.
Took the tour solo and met ppl from all over—felt like a party. Guide was super welcoming and let us all try the controls. Light show was EPIC. Would do again.
Went with my bf and it was romantic but also a little crowded, ngl. The changing the lights thing was def the coolest part, and our guide was suuuper patient with everyone asking Qs. Wish we could’ve stayed longer at the viewpoint. Still, would recommend if you want something diff at Niagara!
Enjoyed the tour! The lighting controls are super fun. Guide was a bit hard to hear at times but tried their best. The fireworks were a nice bonus.
Booked this as a surprise date for my partner and it was such a hit! Seeing the falls glow in colors we picked? Unreal. Our guide shared some cute stories about the first light shows. We got lucky with clear skies, so the photos are STUNNING. Def worth it.
Absolutely LOVED this. Changing the lights on the falls was a bucket-list thing for me (didn’t even know it was possible til now). Our guide, Taylor, was fun and shared all sorts of random trivia. Bring a good camera—the colors look amazing in pics.
Unique experience, especially if you’re into techy stuff. The guide answered all our Qs. A bit rushed but still worth it.
INSANE experience! Me and my buddy didn’t expect to actually control the lights on the falls (thought it was just a demo) but they legit let us do it. Guide was so chill. Only thing, you can’t take pics INSIDE the lighting room, which bummed us out a little. Still, outside shots were EPIC!
Went with friends, had a good laugh. The guide was full of energy and made sure everyone got involved. Would recommend for groups.
Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect but this was SO much fun. The fireworks were a bonus. Guide was super chill and took pics for us.

We loved the whole experience once we found the tour (thus the reason for "good" rather than "awesome". We were given incorrect meeting information which made for a rough start, but once we were on the tour, we loved the walk to the Falls and the stops along the way. Our guides were excellent, especially Bruno who took fabulous photos and helped with our baby carriage. We couldn't believe how far into the Falls the boat went...it was incredible. Definitely a "bucket list item" fulfilled.
Our guide Julia was great and provided relevant information along the way to the boat. The experience on the cruise was awesome. We loved it.
It was simply amazing. I would have never thought how much I enjoyed this experience. The walking tour, although brief was nice. Giovanni was an excellent guide!
The gardens were a hidden gem, and our guides were informative and helpful
The tour guide was awesome. He made it so easy and was very helpful.
Our Guide was amazing, bonus was that they were also a photographer and assisted with pictures. They were organized, friendly, and knowledgeable during the walking part of the tour. The cruise to the falls (Horseshoe, American, and Bridal) was terrific. The Captian was a great pilot and the support staff was helpful and friendly.
The walking tour was insightful. It was hard to find the tour guide, though. The Hornblower ride was also great! Lines moved quickly and things ran smoothly. The ride itself allowed plenty of time to take in all of the sights and fully enjoy them. I only gave a 4 star instead of 5 star because of the difficulty finding the tour guide.
We were at the casino early and there was no sign to indicate the meeting point for the walking tour. It was frustratinng
I loved the cruise along the falls and that we got near it for the full spray experience (it was hot that day and the cool water was a bliss). Our guides Bruno and Giovanni were kind and patient accommodating photo requests
Julia our guide was great. The walking tour was short but ended with a beautiful garden and a boat ride on Niagra - the hornblower cruise into the mist of horseshoe falls. We got a little wet but the experience was fantastic
Our tour guide was great. Knowledgeable, great listener, easy to make a connection with. Great tips. We had a pleasurable tour with him!
The tour guides (male/female) were the best made everything so nice and they were very pleasant and nice as well. Great
Great guide, fun experience. Unclear how the optioned tour behind the falls was to work
I paid a lot of money for a guide to take us across the street and down an elevator. Seemed kind of dumb to me.
Our guide, Julia, was very nice and helpful.
Our tour guide Jovani was wonderful. We learned so much about the area that we would've never known otherwise.

Well organised, good communication, beat the queues a big bonus as we were in prime tourist season. Our tour guide Malvina was lovely, friendly and put you at ease from the moment you got picked up. A great tour not to be missed and value for money
My daughter (14 years old) and I did the all-inclusive tour (Floral Clock, Whirlpool, Maple Syrup Tasting, Behind the falls, Tower, Boat Tour) at the end of July and were very enthusiastic. Our expectations were fully met and if we had to choose, we would book it again! I'll start with the "but" in the description: The first three stops in particular are very short or "touristy" (of course it's the whole vacation, otherwise we wouldn't be here). That means getting off the bus, taking photos and getting back on the bus. The maple syrup tasting is nice and at the same time clearly commercial! Did we have a problem with that? No! Why? The clear answer: the tour guide and our expectations. It was clear to us from the outset that the group tour was a group tour and therefore not everyone could hang around everywhere for hours. At the same time, and we both found this very positive, the tour guide told us from the outset how things would go and what we could actually expect. The Floral Clock is just a few flowers. Should you stop there? Yes! Should you stop there for a long time? No! So everything done right. The same with the other "advance" stops. It was completely different at the falls themselves. It was clearly explained to us when we should be where. Where we had to go and how to get in. Here, we were actually guided to the respective door so that we couldn't get lost (although it did happen to us on the way back on our own). We had enough time at ALL the stations and were able to see everything in a relatively relaxed manner. Behind the falls and the tower are quite nice and if you are there, you should definitely do that (the guide was right there too, you probably only come here once). The real highlight was of course the boat tour. Very impressive, very wet and an absolute must! Tip: Despite the poncho, pack a change of clothes and, if possible, perhaps slippers or similar for the boat. We stood at the bottom and at the very front and the water ran into the top of our boncho and our feet got wet from below. On the upper deck, at least our feet seemed to stay dry. The return journey took almost 2.5 hours due to the evening traffic jam. On a positive note, a short break was made so that we could use the toilets or buy snacks if necessary (not a planned tourist activity!). We stopped at a Tim Horton's so no commission for the driver or guide from the store). The bottom line, and you can probably tell from the review, is that the trip was worthwhile and is also highly recommended in terms of value for money! It's probably cheaper if you travel or take care of it yourself, but for us as "uninformed tourists" the package was definitely the right choice. Thank you very much!

Our tour guide was fantastic! We were his first tour group as he had been in training to become a guide, and he was amazing. He was funny and friendly and had some great recommendations of places to eat and see in Toronto as well. The tours were great, though with all the add-ons, we didn't actually get enough free time to see the town, so that was a bit of a bummer, but overall was a great value for the cost.
It was a wonderful experience — an outstanding tourism offering at an excellent price for the quality of services provided. I would absolutely recommend it 100%, without hesitation.
Everything was super easy and well organized. The tour guide was lovely and expleained it all in details plus amazing histories and facas. The boat tour is once in a ligetime experience.
I especially loved the boat under the falls. We had a fantastic day.

All well done. Nice trip, good guide. Everything works perfect.
Excellent behaviour of Mr Suresh Our Driver cum Guide An experience will not discribe in some world's
This day tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls was absolutely outstanding in every way! The deciding factor for this perfect experience was our tour guide Bernard. Bernard was not only open and incredibly friendly, but also super organized and clearly experienced. His calm, competent manner made us feel safe right from the start. The real surprise and a huge plus: although the tour was advertised as English-speaking, Bernard spoke excellent, fluent German! He took great care of his German guests, explaining everything in German and patiently answering questions, making for a particularly pleasant and personal experience. This care and fluency really set this tour apart from others. The tour was excellently organized and perfectly timed. Bernard guided us quickly, but never rushed, from highlight to highlight. We had enough time to marvel at the mighty falls from different perspectives (including time for the famous Maid of the Mist boat trip or similar, depending on the tour package). Waiting times are not always avoidable but stress was definitely not part of this tour. The smooth operation was testament to Bernard's vast experience. Conclusion: If you are looking for a perfectly organized, stress-free and extremely rewarding day trip to Niagara Falls, this tour is the absolute recommendation! Bernard's professionalism, charm, organization and above all his excellent knowledge of German and his care for German guests make this tour a real highlight. An all-round successful experience that we would recommend to anyone without hesitation - especially to German-speaking travelers who will feel that they are in good hands with Bernard!

Amazing day. The falls are more spectacular than I anticipated We did behind the falls, Skylon tower and boat ride. We also did additional helicopter ride. All amazing but to be honest a bit too much to cram in. It's a bit of a rush to do it all. We almost missed the boat trip as the queue was so big. We just managed to do it, but was 50-50 if we made it back to the coach in time. Do the boat first!! Not last, as it's the best bit so don't risk missing it
Honestly, this tour felt like the cherry on top of our whole Canada trip. Didn’t expect Bernard to be so fun! He kept cracking these little jokes and somehow made the history bits interesting (never happens for me). Bus was CLEAN, which my mum appreciated. We did the flower clock, syrup tasting (soooo sweet, but good), and my fave – the Skylon Tower. View up there is EPIC! I’d say try to snag a window seat if you can. Only thing – we hit a little traffic on the way back but Bernard kept everyone chill. Would def recommend if you want to see Niagara without the stress.
It is very convenient to get a ride back and forth even if you have to pay the toll of paying 45min in the store to be explained about maple syrup but mostly to buy.

Bus trip was terrible, 4 hrs to get to the falls, 3 hrs to get back (traffic not your fault), then we had to rush like mad to see the tower, behind falls, & boat cruise by 3.30 pm....the bus left us behind at the tower at 12.45 pm...lots of wasted time (eg, stopping at maple leaf centre)...we had no time to look at the falls from the pathway
The ease of not having to drive. I didn't have to purchase on my own. The experience was nice overall. Didn't like the vagueness of the meet up spot. Didn't like our tickets were held unless we paid the "tip".
Went solo and honestly was a little nervous (not big on group tours), but the vibe was super relaxed. Our guide, Fsheen, had endless Niagara facts and some realllly questionable puns. Bus AC worked great, which was a lifesaver ‘cause it was HOT outside. Falls were crowded but we got close enough for good pics. Behind the Falls tour is worth it, just bring a poncho or smth – I got soaked. Only thing, lunch stop was a bit rushed but the maple fudge at the shop next door? 10/10.
The best thing was Jeremias' attention. I got lost from the group and he took care of picking me up where I was. He was very kind. The tour was very good

We had such a blast! Me and my partner joined the Niagara day trip with BG Tours and I gotta say, it was organized but still chill. Our guide Bernard made sure we didn’t miss anything (even reminded me to grab my phone before leaving the bus, lol). The highlight was the boat ride – you WILL get wet, but it’s part of the fun. We also did the helicopter add-on, pricey but so worth. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
We had a good experience. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, they picked us on time from the designated pickup location. The guide already had tickets for all the activities that we had selected, so everything went smoothly.
Booked this with my family (two kids, ages 7 and 10) and it went sooo smoothly. Kids loved the Butterfly Conservatory the most (so many colors!). Bernard gave us lots of tips, like where to stand for the best view of the falls. Bus was comfy, snacks allowed (my daughter dropped crumbs everywhere, sorry Bernard!). Only downside was the gift shop prices, but that’s touristy stuff for ya. Would book again, thanks!
It was a very straightforward trip and great value for money. our guide Bernard and the driver were great. There was loads of time to explore, we were never rushed and we were able to skip the queue and photographers at the journey behind the falls. Thanks cannot recommend highly enough
Very well organised and assistance from our guide to jump the queues and make the most of our time. And the falls themselves.. speechless!
If you want to cram a lot into one day, this is the way to do it. I went with friends and we loved the Skylon Tower (it’s HIGH, not for those scared of heights). Maple syrup tasting was a nice touch, but the real star is the falls. Fsheen handled the group well, even when a couple people were late back to the bus. Weather was perfect, but can imagine it’s less fun if it rains. Heads up: bathrooms at some stops are a bit eh.
My partner and I had the BEST day. Honestly, didn’t expect to enjoy a group tour so much. Bernard made it feel personal, he even remembered everyone’s names. Got loads of cool photos (can’t take pics in the syrup tasting area tho, weird rule). The boat ride was SO much fun, bring a change of socks if you don’t wanna be squishy all day. Totally recommend for couples!
Took my parents and they LOVED it. Falls are even better in person. Guide was super sweet and made sure we were comfy all day.
Took my teenage kids and they didn’t roll their eyes once! Guide was awesome and falls are even better in person. Would recommend.

Night tours typically start in the early evening, around 5pm, and can last anywhere from 4 to 9 hours, depending on the tour.
Activities on your night tour can include a Hornblower boat cruise, Journey Behind the Falls, wine tasting, a 3-course dinner, visits to observation decks like the Skylon Tower, and exclusive access to the Illumination Tower to change the colors of the Falls. Some tours also offer fireworks viewing and a narrated drive along Niagara Parkway.
Fireworks are included in some night tours, typically depending on the Niagara Parks schedule. Opt for the Night Tour with Fireworks Cruise from Toronto, which provides for fireworks.
Evenings near the Falls can be cool, especially with the mist spray. Dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes, as you may be walking and standing for extended periods. Wear a light jacket or sweater during the colder months.
Absolutely! The illuminated Falls are captivating for all ages, and the tours offer interesting commentary suitable for children. However, remember that young children may get tired on a long day tour, so carry snacks, water, and any necessary items to keep them comfortable.
Be sure to confirm the exact itinerary and any seasonal variations, such as the availability of the boat cruise versus Journey Behind the Falls. Consider the weather and prepare accordingly. Make early reservations, especially during peak tourist seasons, to secure your spot and any desired upgrades. Also, consider bringing your camera with a tripod to capture stunning nighttime photos of the illuminated Falls.
