We elected to go for the 'behind the falls' + the tower+a boat trip. We really enjoyed the trip overall - if we had a citicism it would be that the first part of the tour (behind the falls) felt rushed as we had only. 45 minutes to queue,descend see the 3 viewing points quickly and queue again for the lift back up in order to get the coach to the tower. We would have preferred more time to get more pictures and felt this was not organised for the visitors convenience. We also felt rushed when we stopped at the maple syrup stop which we enjoyed. The guide was good and answered all my questions. The falls were spectacular.

the the skylone tower, boat ride and being behind the falls was pretty good and as expected. I would've liked some free time (as advertised) from the tour company to be able to see more of the town. We lost some time due to traffic and road closures in Toronto so at Niagara times felt very crunched and a bit rushed (not enough time for sightseeing or eating) Maple testing, and floral clock is something you can definitely skip, not much there Tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful

We loved our guide Alisha. She had a great upbeat personality that made the tour more exciting. She gave a lot of good information regarding history and places to go or places to eat. We loved that the tour due to it hitting all the spots that we were interested in seeing. It would be a nice option for people that want to stay at the locations longer to pick an extended time tour. We liked the time frame we were at for each location but if we had an elderly person with us, I could see them wanting more time at each location or needing more time to get to the next location. We loved and will recommend to family and friends in the future.

We loved everything! Although we didn't get to ride the boat due to weather conditions, my family and I still enjoyed our time. We had a great experience thanks to our tour guide, Shuresh who was very accommodating and flexible. He had great attention to detail and was incredibly helpful. Great experience overall!

Hedi picked us up at the hotel. She was great! very informative, Excellent driver.
We had a great time, she gave good advise for the boat, allowed plenty of time to roam around.
Will definitely book with them again when we return.
