My guide Kingsley was very knowledgeable about the falls, sharing fascinating facts throughout. Skipping the lines made the experience even better and more enjoyable from start to finish.
I had such an amazing time on this tour! Our guide, Alora, was really friendly, knowledgeable and organised. It was great to hear some stories about the history of the falls as we walked around. The experiences themselves were incredible. It was great to get so close to the falls and to see them from such unique angles. Worth noting - if you go on the boat ride you WILL get soaked, even wearing the poncho! Definitely still worth it but plan your outfit accordingly!!
John was an incredible tour guide. He was fun, energetic, and informative, making our trip to the falls truly special. We highly recommend him and were delighted to be a part of his first-ever tour!
The tour was well organised, and our guide was very informative, she showed us around the Niagara Falls area and shared some interesting local stories with us. I am really glad that we've chosen this trip with Headout. Will consider booking some other tours with Headout in the future.

Amazing time visiting one of the natural wonders of the world!
The tour guide ,Alisha was awesome. Unfortunately we were not able to do the journey behind the falls because it was closed. A refund was issued.
The best tour with a truly great guide. Kevin is simply the best and made the tour with his wit and knowledge. Lovely to experience Niagara with a local
Ryan was a great tour guide! Friendy and very helpful. We had a fun time despite the weather. However, I think the email providing instructions to the meet-up spot should be updated.
We had a funny, relaxing tans interesting tour with our guide Ryan. A small group of 10 and a awesome experience to see the waterfall from behind and then from the front. We will highly recommend this tour
It was such a beautiful day for the walk. And Jane was very informative and patient with the group! Also, she had a great sense of humor 😊!
The tour itself was very good !! The only problem was when we booked there was also supposed to be a boat tour included. When we checked in we were told the boat tour was not running today and we would be getting some money back . The tour that we got was very good and had alot of fun but not what we paid for . We are just making sure the refund will be credited to our acount . Thanks
Guide was great, very informative.
Great experience! Communication on meeting point was confusing.
Very dynamic and interesting guide!

The tour is great to help you move to each experience in a timely manner. Cheri did a great job interacting with everyone and providing interesting info about the past and the present.
We had a great time. So glad we did this tour and that we had Darryl as our tour guide. My husband and I could not imagine doing this without the help of this tour. Thank you from Cleveland.
Jacob was so energetic and had awesome stories! Plus, we even geeked out about some back-of-the-envelope hydroelectric power calculations!
We had a great guide, who made it so we could enjoy the sights and not worry

It was terrible. We didn't have cave in the winds tour as it is closed by 6 15pm. We booked a 4 hours tour from 4pm. I need the entire refund for this. We travelled 6 hours from New York city and then two hours before the tour we were informed that we cannot have cave in the winds tour coz it is closing by 6 15pm. This is my first time experience with headout and a very bad one.
Naomi was an amazing tour guide! She was knowledgeable and brought us to every spot with perfect timing.
Jacob was full of energy! Amazing boat ride, cave tour and excellent tips from Jacob made it the best experience....we will be back and bring friends!
Jacob, our tour guide, made the day memorable. He was knowledgeable about the area & very engaging. It was a great day & we were able to not only get up close & personal with the falls, but learned the history from geology, electricity and daredevils. I highly recommend!!
Our guide was very informative and organized. She did a great job trying to keep the tour on task when some of the group were doing their own thing.

Jacob our guide is wonderful! Loved his stories on daredevils
Our guide, Bernie, was fantastic! Riding the Maid of the Mist is a life changing experience. Seeing the falls this way was incredible. The Cave of the Winds was absolutely wild!
So glad we spent the money for the tour. Our tour guide was amazing and very funny. The maid of the mist boat was amazing. Just remember you will get wet. 😆
The guide was very nice. But we could barely hear her. We thought she would be telling us more information about the falls, but she only had a small amount of information. We were able to go everywhere she took us so we did not need a guide.
The guide was the best, he gave facts and history and kept us engaged and entertained. Great job on his part! The lady that checked us in (had pink hair) was not friendly.
Jenn was attentive, helpful and fun! She kepy the tour interesting and even told us about upgrading our tour to include the Cave of Winds , and we're so glad she did. Awesome experience.
We loved the tour guide and tour! Lots of great views and information. And of course, the boat tour was phenomenal.
Our guide, Jennifer, was amazing.
The tour guide was very thoughtful and knowleagable about the park and falls. There were no glitches.
Jacob our guide had lots of information regarding the falls and was lighthearted.
The maid of the mist was WONDERFUL but our guide didn't interact with the entire group.
Amazing experience! Our guide was great and the boat ride was awesome. Breathtaking views even though we got very wet.
The experience was great informative and worth it
All went very smooth. Great guide. Great experience
This experience is perfect for
Steve was our tour guide & was very informative.
The only reason that I paid for the tour was for a tour. Our tour guide was a really nice guy but the bits and pieces of what he said here and there was definitely not worth the price. If I had to do it again I'd save my money and get my tickets to the Maid of the Mist directly. Which is exactly what I'll tell anyone.
To begin it wasn't really clear where to meet. The address given was Hard Rock Cafe. It should have said that. Secondly both guides were late. Then we waited for those who were even later. Breaks were much too long. We signed up for a 2 hour tour. We ended up spending 3 hours in which we had not planned. I will never sign up for this again. Overall it was poorly organized.

Amazing time visiting one of the natural wonders of the world!
Amazing Niagara Falls Tour! I had an incredible experience on the Niagara Falls tour, and I can't recommend it enough. The highlight of the trip was definitely the horn blower cruise and also our tour guide, Afsheen. He was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty and history of Niagara Falls. His enthusiasm made the tour even more enjoyable and engaging. The tours themselves were well-organized and truly spectacular. From getting up close to the falls to exploring the surrounding attractions, every moment was memorable. Afsheen ensured we had ample time to take in the breathtaking views and capture plenty of photos. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, made all the more special by Afsheen’s excellent guidance. If you're planning a trip to Niagara Falls, I highly recommend booking this tour!
We loved everything! Although we didn't get to ride the boat due to weather conditions, my family and I still enjoyed our time. We had a great experience thanks to our tour guide, Shuresh who was very accommodating and flexible. He had great attention to detail and was incredibly helpful. Great experience overall!
Hedi picked us up at the hotel. She was great! very informative, Excellent driver. We had a great time, she gave good advise for the boat, allowed plenty of time to roam around. Will definitely book with them again when we return.

Loved Leila! So nice and informative. And a good driver! We enjouyed the whole trip! Would definitely recommend and would do it again if we come up to Canada 🇨🇦 again! But try warmer weather! Thanks
Cruise is amazing! The tour guide took us to visit the waterfall from all angles. The explanation was very clear, which saved us time and increased the enjoyment of the itinerary.
We loved our guide Alisha. She had a great upbeat personality that made the tour more exciting. She gave a lot of good information regarding history and places to go or places to eat. We loved that the tour due to it hitting all the spots that we were interested in seeing. It would be a nice option for people that want to stay at the locations longer to pick an extended time tour. We liked the time frame we were at for each location but if we had an elderly person with us, I could see them wanting more time at each location or needing more time to get to the next location. We loved and will recommend to family and friends in the future.

Since the weather is warm and pleasant, Niagara Falls experiences its highest tourist traffic in the summer months of June, July, and August. With temperatures ranging from 65°F to 80°F, the mist that splashes on the tourists makes for a much-needed cool respite from the heat. All attractions, including boat and walking tours, are fully operational but expect larger crowds, longer wait times, and higher hotel prices.
The transitional periods between peak and low seasons that occur during spring (March to May) and fall (September to November) see a moderate crowd. In spring and fall, temperatures range from 45°F to 65°F. Not all the summer attractions will be available during this time, but most of them will still be functional. This is a good time for those who prefer milder weather and fewer crowds compared to the peak season.
In the winter months, between December and February, the temperatures can go as low as 20°F. The falls may partially freeze, creating stunning ice formations, and winter activities such as ice skating and winter festivals are popular. You will find significantly smaller crowds plus this is a more budget-friendly time to visit. But some attractions have reduced operating hours during this time, and a lot of activities will be closed for the season.
No, you do not need a ticket to view Niagara Falls itself. However, certain attractions and activities do require tickets like the Journey Behind the Falls tour, Maid of the Mist, and Hornblower Niagara Cruise.
Children between the ages of 2 years and 14 years can avail of tickets at a discounted rate. Infants under 1 year of age can enter for free.
Yes, all experiences require you to choose a specific time and date during the booking process.
You can cancel your tickets up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience and get a full refund.
You do not need to print your tickets. Make your way to the experience directly and simply display your online tickets.
The Niagara Falls Small Group Guided Tour with Journey Behind the Falls & Skylon Tower, Niagara Falls Day & Night Small-Group Tour with Dinner, and day tours from Toronto and New York City include round-trip transfers from select points.
Only the Niagara Falls State Park is open 24 hours throughout the year, the rest of the attractions have their own schedules and timings.
Yes, both the Maid of the Mist and Hornblower Niagara Cruise will take you right to the base of the falls.
Most Niagara Falls experiences include priority access if you book online. To avoid crowds, we suggest going for the first boat ride of the day.
If you're visiting during peak season (June to August), we suggest booking your tickets as early as possible since the experiences tend to get sold out. To be able to choose your preferred time and date, book your tickets at least 3-4 weeks before your trip.
