What to bring

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted on the tour.
• Pets are not allowed to accompany you.
• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the tour.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the minibus or during group activities.

Accessibility

• The buses are not wheelchair accessible, but foldable wheelchairs that can fit between seats are allowed onboard.
• Please note that boarding requires a high step up, which may be challenging for some guests.

Additional information

• The tour stays entirely on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. You will not cross Rainbow Bridge over to the USA side.
• The Hornblower Boat Cruise operates seasonally (approx. May 8 to Nov 30); when closed, the Skylon Tower will be provided as a substitute.
• If you're bringing a baby or toddler aged 2 and under, inform the tour operator ahead of time.
• Itinerary and timings may vary based on season, starting point, and daily conditions.
