Parking: If you are traveling by car, you can park at the three Niagara Falls State Park lots on Goat Island and Prospect Point.

Getting to Niagara Falls

Arrive at the dock at least 15 mins before your scheduled departure to ensure you don’t miss the boat.
Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult to go on the boat tour.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed on board.
Follow all crew instructions carefully during boarding, disembarking, and the tour itself.
Guests are provided with rain ponchos, but outside food or alcohol is not permitted.
Large bags, tripods, or umbrellas cannot be brought onto the deck.
Be considerate of other guests and keep the deck clear for everyone to enjoy the view.

Life jackets are available for children and can be requested from the crew.
In case of emergency, follow all crew instructions for the proper use of life-saving equipment.
Children must remain with an adult at all times. Keep them close, especially near the deck railings.
Stay seated or hold handrails during choppy waters or near the falls, as the decks can be wet and slippery.

Early morning tours tend to be less crowded, so you can plan an early visit to enjoy the tour peacefully.
While you will be given a complimentary poncho, you’re bound to get drenched so take along a change of clothes and a waterproof case to protect your mobile and other important belongings.
You can bring your stroller onto the boat and store it in the designated area to keep them dry.
Here’s a bonus tip! Stay in the middle of the boat if you don’t want to get too drenched. But for the full Maid of the Mist experience, make your way to the left side of the boat.

Tour Guide Dave Lopez was great. He went above and beyond. We weren't sure if we really needed a tour to see Niagara Falls. But so glad we did. Definitely enhanced the visit. Only problem is the directions on where to meet. It's not in front of the Comfort Inn Pointe hotel. It's in the park in front of the arch, in front of the Ticket booth area for Cave of the Winds tour . Dave made sure to call us when we were lost and went out of his way to get us there. He even took photos of us and the people on the tour (and really good multiple pictures). I'd definitely recommend getting this tour. Worth it. Thanks again Dave! We had a blast.
