We fully enjoyed our Niagara Falls tour with our guide Alora. I recommend using this tour company to assist you in seeing all the different parts of Niagara Falls: we chose to see the falls from above with the Skylon Tower, beside with the Journey Behind the Falls, and inside the falls with the Hornblower Cruise. Using this tour gave us the leisure and confidence of being with someone who knew it well. We didn't need to wait in lines to purchase tickets, and we received inside information on the best viewing spots. Alora gave us information about the falls, the history, those who decided to travel over the falls, and more. My husband asked for a food recommendation, and he enjoyed her suggestion for poutine. Thanks

This was the first time bringing our children to Canada and while staying in Niagara, we wanted them to experience the most that the falls had to offer. The tour guide, Alisha, was excellent. She talked about interesting historical facts about the falls, different events from the past and present, and was generally informative about the location, good places to visit and eat at. I would highly recommend the tour. The kids had a lot of fun. Bring water if coming in hotter months! The kids were quite thirsty and hot but we all had fun. The boat to the falls was the most fun we all had. You will get wet so dress accordingly but it is certainly an experience you can't get anywhere else.

Our tour guide, Linda, was wonderful! Very informative and gave us helpful tips and tricks to get the best "seats" on the boat. The sights were amazing, hard to describe with words. The walk from the boat to the Journey Beyond the Falls wasn't bad at all and there were only a couple of sets of stairs. The gift shop at the Journey Beyond the Falls is much bigger and nicer than the first gift shop you walk through after you get off the boat. Overall, great experience, would definitely recommend seeing the Falls this way! And, Canada was beautiful, very clean, nice people, better views of the Falls, actually a nicer overall visit than the US side.

Our tour guide was amazing. She was a very personable and kind. In the beginning we had trouble finding the group. The initial email said we would be meeting outside of the Skylon Tower and our tour guide would be wearing a white shirt. After some stressful waiting out front, we learned that everyone was gathering inside and the tour guides were wearing black shirts. A simple update to their generic email would have solved this issue. There were other patrons waiting outside with us just as confused. With that all said, it was a great experience and we would use this tour organization again if opportunity arises.

We enjoyed having Alicia as our guide, however, the whole tour was a big rush from one place to the next. We didn't have time to take photos at the good spots and could not hear what she was saying because my daughter and I could not keep up with the fast pace she set. Also, the trip to the observation deck would be more effective if it was the last spot on the tour. We did see the attractions we bought tickets for. Our tour was supposed to be an hour and a half, but was more like 3 hours.

Our tour guide, Alisha, was fantastic and enrgetic! She gave us so much background and info that it made all that we were seeing even more wonderful. She was fun and knowledgeable. The behind the falls was just remarkable and you were right up front. There wasn't much time here, but it was wonderful to be able to see what others do not. Alisha also told us right where to stand for the best view, and splash, on the boat! It was perfect! We enjoyed her immensely and totally would recommend this tour for sure! I was worried that I wasn't going to get all of the things we wanted to do in "one" place....but this package was perfect.

Really knowledgeable about the area and history of the Niagara Falls, gave great recommendations for after the tour and nothing was to much trouble for her. Any group being show around by Alora is in for the best value tour which has been the highlight of our trip to Canada.

I had such an amazing time on this tour! Our guide, Alora, was really friendly, knowledgeable and organised. It was great to hear some stories about the history of the falls as we walked around. The experiences themselves were incredible. It was great to get so close to the falls and to see them from such unique angles. Worth noting - if you go on the boat ride you WILL get soaked, even wearing the poncho! Definitely still worth it but plan your outfit accordingly!!

A comprehensive and fascinating tour of the falls. Our guide Li was very knowledgeable about the area and being up close to such a force of nature in the boat tour is actually so overwhelming it's hard to put in rewords.

From the word go Alora was so engaging and full of energy, when we walked around she made sure the whole group enjoyed it at their own pace. Really knowledgeable about the area and history of the Niagara Falls, gave great recommendations for after the tour and nothing was to much trouble for her. Any group being show around by Alora is in for the best value tour which has been the highlight of our trip to Canada.

That's the closest category. There were no issues. It was just expensive. I had assumed that it would be good value booking altogether. Our guide was lovely and the things we did were great but we could have done everything by ourselves for a lot less money. There were three of us so it was a lot.

I loved everything!! Skylon Tower with the amazing view; Journey behind the Falls and the boat trip. Li was the guide for the group I attended, and she really did a great job. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave tips on what to expect and where we got the best views. The meeting point could have been described better in the information fra Headout. Apparently there are more than one entrance to Skylon Tower, and I chose the wrong one.

Seeing the fireworks from the Hornblower was a great way to watch, so much better than from land. We also had the opportunity to go behind the scenes into the illumination tower to see how the colors are changed for both American and Horseshoe Falls. What a treat to see the man behind the curtain in charge of changing the lights. So fancy compared to the early days. The one thing that put a slight damper on the evening was how dinner was rushed - we were told dinner was at Table Rock but it ended up being at Queen Victorias. The food was incredible I just wish we had more than an hour to enjoy it.

Our guide, Sam, cracked so many jokes and made us feel like VIPs. Bit chilly so I was glad I brought a scarf, but honestly, the lights and fireworks were worth every goosebump. We loved the whole experience once we found the tour (thus the reason for "good" rather than "awesome". We were given incorrect meeting information which made for a rough start, but once we were on the tour, we loved the walk to the Falls and the stops along the way. Our guides were excellent, especially Bruno who took fabulous photos and helped with our baby carriage. We couldn't believe how far into the Falls the boat went...it was incredible. Definitely a "bucket list item" fulfilled.

The walking tour was insightful. It was hard to find the tour guide, though. The Hornblower ride was also great! Lines moved quickly and things ran smoothly. The ride itself allowed plenty of time to take in all of the sights and fully enjoy them. I only gave a 4 star instead of 5 star because of the difficulty finding the tour guide.

Our Guide was amazing, bonus was that they were also a photographer and assisted with pictures. They were organized, friendly, and knowledgeable during the walking part of the tour. The cruise to the falls (Horseshoe, American, and Bridal) was terrific. The Captian was a great pilot and the support staff was helpful and friendly.

We loved the fact that everything was organized and that we left from downtown Toronto, which was very convenient. Everything was well explained, and we had plenty of time for a leisurely visit. We did the Behind the Falls tour and the Hornblower boat, which were 2 really great attractions not to be missed! The other little tours were nice too. Our only regret was not being able to visit Niagara on the lake, which sounds charming. The guide and driver were very pleasant and accommodating. He kept cracking these little jokes and somehow made the history bits interesting (never happens for me). Bus was CLEAN, which my mum appreciated. We did the flower clock, syrup tasting (soooo sweet, but good), and my fave – the Skylon Tower. View up there is EPIC! I’d say try to snag a window seat if you can. My daughter (14 years old) and I did the all-inclusive tour (Floral Clock, Whirlpool, Maple Syrup Tasting, Behind the falls, Tower, Boat Tour) at the end of July and were very enthusiastic. Our expectations were fully met and if we had to choose, we would book it again! I'll start with the "but" in the description: The first three stops in particular are very short or "touristy" (of course it's the whole vacation, otherwise we wouldn't be here). That means getting off the bus, taking photos and getting back on the bus. The maple syrup tasting is nice and at the same time clearly commercial! Did we have a problem with that? No! Why? The clear answer: the tour guide and our expectations. It was clear to us from the outset that the group tour was a group tour and therefore not everyone could hang around everywhere for hours. At the same time, and we both found this very positive, the tour guide told us from the outset how things would go and what we could actually expect. The Floral Clock is just a few flowers. Should you stop there? Yes! Should you stop there for a long time? No! So everything done right. The same with the other "advance" stops. It was completely different at the falls themselves. It was clearly explained to us when we should be where. Where we had to go and how to get in. Here, we were actually guided to the respective door so that we couldn't get lost (although it did happen to us on the way back on our own). We had enough time at ALL the stations and were able to see everything in a relatively relaxed manner. Behind the falls and the tower are quite nice and if you are there, you should definitely do that (the guide was right there too, you probably only come here once). The real highlight was of course the boat tour. Very impressive, very wet and an absolute must! Tip: Despite the poncho, pack a change of clothes and, if possible, perhaps slippers or similar for the boat. We stood at the bottom and at the very front and the water ran into the top of our boncho and our feet got wet from below. On the upper deck, at least our feet seemed to stay dry. The return journey took almost 2.5 hours due to the evening traffic jam. On a positive note, a short break was made so that we could use the toilets or buy snacks if necessary (not a planned tourist activity!). We stopped at a Tim Horton's so no commission for the driver or guide from the store). The bottom line, and you can probably tell from the review, is that the trip was worthwhile and is also highly recommended in terms of value for money! It's probably cheaper if you travel or take care of it yourself, but for us as "uninformed tourists" the package was definitely the right choice. Thank you very much!

Our tour guide was fantastic! We were his first tour group as he had been in training to become a guide, and he was amazing. He was funny and friendly and had some great recommendations of places to eat and see in Toronto as well. The tours were great, though with all the add-ons, we didn't actually get enough free time to see the town, so that was a bit of a bummer, but overall was a great value for the cost.

This day tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls was absolutely outstanding in every way! The deciding factor for this perfect experience was our tour guide Bernard. Bernard was not only open and incredibly friendly, but also super organized and clearly experienced. His calm, competent manner made us feel safe right from the start. The real surprise and a huge plus: although the tour was advertised as English-speaking, Bernard spoke excellent, fluent German! He took great care of his German guests, explaining everything in German and patiently answering questions, making for a particularly pleasant and personal experience. This care and fluency really set this tour apart from others. The tour was excellently organized and perfectly timed. Bernard guided us quickly, but never rushed, from highlight to highlight. We had enough time to marvel at the mighty falls from different perspectives (including time for the famous Maid of the Mist boat trip or similar, depending on the tour package). Waiting times are not always avoidable but stress was definitely not part of this tour. The smooth operation was testament to Bernard's vast experience. Conclusion: If you are looking for a perfectly organized, stress-free and extremely rewarding day trip to Niagara Falls, this tour is the absolute recommendation! Bernard's professionalism, charm, organization and above all his excellent knowledge of German and his care for German guests make this tour a real highlight. An all-round successful experience that we would recommend to anyone without hesitation - especially to German-speaking travelers who will feel that they are in good hands with Bernard!

This was great, pretty much exactly what I wanted it to be, it took the hassle out of planning it ourselves. I would have liked 5-10 more minutes at the extra stops and maybe a half hour less in town after the boat ride. Our guide was friendly and attentive, I think his name was Randeep? (Sorry, don't remember for sure.) Great experience all around!

Amazing day. The falls are more spectacular than I anticipated We did behind the falls, Skylon tower and boat ride. We also did additional helicopter ride. All amazing but to be honest a bit too much to cram in. It's a bit of a rush to do it all. We almost missed the boat trip as the queue was so big. We just managed to do it, but was 50-50 if we made it back to the coach in time. Do the boat first!! Not last, as it's the best bit so don't risk missing it

Above all the boat trip was a nice experiance. We went close to the falls (the thundering water-masses). Yes there were a lot of people at the falls. It is over-tourism! Thanks to our guide Bernhard for organising the tour. We had a wonderful day.

Bus trip was terrible, 4 hrs to get to the falls, 3 hrs to get back (traffic not your fault), then we had to rush like mad to see the tower, behind falls, & boat cruise by 3.30 pm....the bus left us behind at the tower at 12.45 pm...lots of wasted time (eg, stopping at maple leaf centre)...we had no time to look at the falls from the pathway

The ease of not having to drive. I didn't have to purchase on my own. The experience was nice overall. Didn't like the vagueness of the meet up spot. Didn't like our tickets were held unless we paid the "tip".

Went solo and honestly was a little nervous (not big on group tours), but the vibe was super relaxed. Our guide, Fsheen, had endless Niagara facts and some realllly questionable puns. Bus AC worked great, which was a lifesaver ‘cause it was HOT outside. Falls were crowded but we got close enough for good pics. Behind the Falls tour is worth it, just bring a poncho or smth – I got soaked. Only thing, lunch stop was a bit rushed but the maple fudge at the shop next door? 10/10.

We had such a blast! Me and my partner joined the Niagara day trip with BG Tours and I gotta say, it was organized but still chill. Our guide Bernard made sure we didn’t miss anything (even reminded me to grab my phone before leaving the bus, lol). The highlight was the boat ride – you WILL get wet, but it’s part of the fun. We also did the helicopter add-on, pricey but so worth. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Booked this with my family (two kids, ages 7 and 10) and it went sooo smoothly. Kids loved the Butterfly Conservatory the most (so many colors!). Bernard gave us lots of tips, like where to stand for the best view of the falls. Bus was comfy, snacks allowed (my daughter dropped crumbs everywhere, sorry Bernard!). Only downside was the gift shop prices, but that’s touristy stuff for ya. Would book again, thanks!

I honestly didn’t expect to be THAT blown away. Did the Day and Night Combo Tour last week w/ my partner—total game changer. The boat ride was the best part for us (got SOAKED, bring extra socks lol). Our guide, Marco, kept things light and fun, even when we hit some crowds right before sunset. Seeing the falls lit up at night was a whole vibe. We got a bit chilly after dark so maybe pack a light jacket (even in May!). The only thing that bugged me was that the elevator lines at Skylon Tower were kinda long, but worth it for the view. Def worth the $$ and time. Would do again for sure.

Honestly, this tour felt like the cherry on top of our whole Canada trip. Didn’t expect Bernard to be so fun! Only thing – we hit a little traffic on the way back but Bernard kept everyone chill. Would def recommend if you want to see Niagara without the stress.

Honestly, this tour felt like the cherry on top of our whole Canada trip. Didn’t expect Bernard to be so fun! Only thing – we hit a little traffic on the way back but Bernard kept everyone chill. Would def recommend if you want to see Niagara without the stress.

It is very convenient to get a ride back and forth even if you have to pay the toll of paying 45min in the store to be explained about maple syrup but mostly to buy.

I found booking easy and pick up points practical. The tour guide Lisa was very friendly and informative and organized and ran to schedule. I felt very safe in the bus as she's an excellent driver. I'd recommend this tour to anyone. The Falls themselves are amazing.
