Kingsley was a great tour guide. I love that he reached out well in advance of the tour to confirm our meeting point, and then was available via text when my directionally challenged self had trouble locating the spot. He was knowledgeable, good-humored, and kind to everyone in our group.
So glad we listened to everyone advice and visited Niagara Falls from the Canadian side. It was spectacular! The tour with the Hornblower Cruise and Journey Behind the Falls was next level! Our guide was super informative and guided us along the way to the incredible experiences. Highly recommend! A++++
Our tour guide, Alisha, was fantastic and enrgetic! She gave us so much background and info that it made all that we were seeing even more wonderful. She was fun and knowledgeable. The behind the falls was just remarkable and you were right up front. There wasn't much time here, but it was wonderful to be able to see what others do not. Alisha also told us right where to stand for the best view, and splash, on the boat! It was perfect! We enjoyed her immensely and totally would recommend this tour for sure! I was worried that I wasn't going to get all of the things we wanted to do in "one" place....but this package was perfect.
Kingsley did a fantastic job as our guide. The beat trip was a truly intensive experience. Thanks Kingsley for the guidance on where to stay on the boat
Journey behind the falls was blah. Lot of time wasted on a mediocre sight. The observation deck was cool. Boat was fun but we stood in wrong place. Got drenched. Had to pull hood over our faces bc we were getting plummeted so didn't really get to view the horseshoe falls.
Alisha was very knowledgeable about the tour. There was a lot of trivia as we walk along Niagara walkway. She is energetic and friendly. My kids truly love the tour.
From the word go Alora was so engaging and full of energy, when we walked around she made sure the whole group enjoyed it at their own pace. Really knowledgeable about the area and history of the Niagara Falls, gave great recommendations for after the tour and nothing was to much trouble for her. Any group being show around by Alora is in for the best value tour which has been the highlight of our trip to Canada.
Our giude Paul was very informative and personable. We appreciated his tips on how to make the most of our vist. we loved exploring the falls and the boat trip was a bucket list item. Thank you for making it a great trip
Our guide Alicia was amazing!! This was a highlight of our trip to Canada and I would definitely recommend this tour to a friend. I was blown away with this experience, and it was just as described in the description!
My guide Kingsley was very knowledgeable about the falls, sharing fascinating facts throughout. Skipping the lines made the experience even better and more enjoyable from start to finish.
I had such an amazing time on this tour! Our guide, Alora, was really friendly, knowledgeable and organised. It was great to hear some stories about the history of the falls as we walked around. The experiences themselves were incredible. It was great to get so close to the falls and to see them from such unique angles. Worth noting - if you go on the boat ride you WILL get soaked, even wearing the poncho! Definitely still worth it but plan your outfit accordingly!!
John was an incredible tour guide. He was fun, energetic, and informative, making our trip to the falls truly special. We highly recommend him and were delighted to be a part of his first-ever tour!
The tour was well organised, and our guide was very informative, she showed us around the Niagara Falls area and shared some interesting local stories with us. I am really glad that we've chosen this trip with Headout. Will consider booking some other tours with Headout in the future.
Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were seeing.
Emery was AMAZING!! He was knowledgeable, fun, and made our experience better than we could have ever expected!!
Diane was very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. This was a memorable excursion. Thank you Diane!!
Getting wet! Seeing's the falls uplose
The tour guide was really great and knew lots of information 10/10 😀😀😀
Alora our tour guide was great! Behind the falls was awesome!
Ryan, our guide was very personable and informative. The tour was great. Definitely would recommend it!
Amazing time visiting one of the natural wonders of the world!
The attractions chosen were all good and arranged in a good order. My bus to Niagara Falls ran 45 minutes late and my guide was helpful enabling me to join the tour even though I arrived 5 minutes late. However, the tour was advertised to finish at 12:30. At 12:30 our guide dropped us off in the line for the boat. With queuing for the boat elevators and the boat tour itself, we weren't finished until 1:30. I had to run to catch my bus back to Toronto at 1:45. I was also the very last person to make it onto the boat, and would have missed my bus otherwise. This meant that I had no time to get lunch or just have a wander about by myself, despite having built in more than an hour of wiggle room for this. There was another member of our tour who had to leave at 12:30 and did not get to go on the boat. My guide was very friendly, but English was not his first language and I had trouble following him. His English was technically very good, and all instructions were clear, but I could not understand most of the section of the tour where he told the stories about the people who had tried to go over the falls in barrels etc. I have much respect for anyone working a job in a second language, but it did mean that one of the main reasons to book a tour instead of (more cheaply) sorting individual activities independently was negated.
Everything was timed perfectly. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure our group stayed together and always made sure we understood his directions.
It was great getting to skip some of the lines and to hear about the history of the area! Our tour guide, Emery, was fun and informative. It was a great way to visit the falls!
We did like our guide. He was very pleasant. It was unfortunate that the tour started late, the find your guide descriptions were wrong, we felt rushed through the attractions to meet the tour guides meeting times because he had another tour after us that was now late as well.

Stephanie was a great sport, world class service and a great knowledge base of the history and attractions of Niagara. Took great care of us, and was incredibly punctual. 10/10 would recommmend.
Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were seeing.

My sons and I had a great experience - perfect cadence of activities and enough time to fully enjoy each one. The highlight was the illumination tour. The tour put together a variety of activities that I wouldn't have been able to find and it gave us priority access to make the day super efficient and fun! Thank you!
Everything was timed perfectly. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure our group stayed together and always made sure we understood his directions.
We did like our guide. He was very pleasant. It was unfortunate that the tour started late, the find your guide descriptions were wrong, we felt rushed through the attractions to meet the tour guides meeting times because he had another tour after us that was now late as well.
Our tour guide was amazing. She was a very personable and kind. In the beginning we had trouble finding the group. The initial email said we would be meeting outside of the Skylon Tower and our tour guide would be wearing a white shirt. After some stressful waiting out front, we learned that everyone was gathering inside and the tour guides were wearing black shirts. A simple update to their generic email would have solved this issue. There were other patrons waiting outside with us just as confused. With that all said, it was a great experience and we would use this tour organization again if opportunity arises.
The ticketing experience was smooth and efficient. The tour was well planned, and the driver/guide, Sam, was terrific. We really enjoyed the day, and want to express our appreciation.
Well organized and smooth. Great day out with some interesting facts and information shared. Our guide was excellent and friendly. An opportunity exists to add in some First Nations history and facts about the Falls and the Area. This is an area rich in Oral history and is of significant importance to the First Nations.
Our tour guide Alisha was excellent! Appreciate her knowledge and sense of humor. Definitely worth the price and you get to see so much of the falls. Highly recommend!!
We fully enjoyed our Niagara Falls tour with our guide Alora. I recommend using this tour company to assist you in seeing all the different parts of Niagara Falls: we chose to see the falls from above with the Skylon Tower, beside with the Journey Behind the Falls, and inside the falls with the Hornblower Cruise. Using this tour gave us the leisure and confidence of being with someone who knew it well. We didn't need to wait in lines to purchase tickets, and we received inside information on the best viewing spots. Alora gave us information about the falls, the history, those who decided to travel over the falls, and more. My husband asked for a food recommendation, and he enjoyed her suggestion for poutine. Thanks
Kristian was an amazing guide! Tour was extremely informative and also fun. Didn't feel rushed at all and got to experience everything, along with all the best photo opportunities. Thank you so much! Would recommend a million times over
Great tour guide (Alisha), good pace, great info about the Falls, great size of group (14), loved the behind the Falls & Hornblower boat experience.
They guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this excursion to friend's amd family.
We enjoyed having Alicia as our guide, however, the whole tour was a big rush from one place to the next. We didn't have time to take photos at the good spots and could not hear what she was saying because my daughter and I could not keep up with the fast pace she set. Also, the trip to the observation deck would be more effective if it was the last spot on the tour. We did see the attractions we bought tickets for. Our tour was supposed to be an hour and a half, but was more like 3 hours.
This was the first time bringing our children to Canada and while staying in Niagara, we wanted them to experience the most that the falls had to offer. The tour guide, Alisha, was excellent. She talked about interesting historical facts about the falls, different events from the past and present, and was generally informative about the location, good places to visit and eat at. I would highly recommend the tour. The kids had a lot of fun. Bring water if coming in hotter months! The kids were quite thirsty and hot but we all had fun. The boat to the falls was the most fun we all had. You will get wet so dress accordingly but it is certainly an experience you can't get anywhere else.
We enjoyed the knowledge our guide shared with us. It was relaxing to have our guide, Alisha, handle logistics so we could relax and enjoy the experience. Highly recommend.
The tour was planned well. I got to see all sides of the Falls. Our guide was knowledgeable and pointed out events. Good guide even tho he said he was new at taking people on tours.
The trip is well planned and captured the best experiences of Niagara Falls. Our guide Alisha is nice and passionate and very knowlegeable about everything of Niagara Falls. Our family had great fun at the trip!

Our guide Julia was great and provided relevant information along the way to the boat. The experience on the cruise was awesome. We loved it.
It was simply amazing. I would have never thought how much I enjoyed this experience. The walking tour, although brief was nice. Giovanni was an excellent guide!
The gardens were a hidden gem, and our guides were informative and helpful
The tour guide was awesome. He made it so easy and was very helpful.
I loved the cruise along the falls and that we got near it for the full spray experience (it was hot that day and the cool water was a bliss). Our guides Bruno and Giovanni were kind and patient accommodating photo requests
Julia our guide was great. The walking tour was short but ended with a beautiful garden and a boat ride on Niagra - the hornblower cruise into the mist of horseshoe falls. We got a little wet but the experience was fantastic
Our tour guide was great. Knowledgeable, great listener, easy to make a connection with. Great tips. We had a pleasurable tour with him!
Great guide, fun experience. Unclear how the optioned tour behind the falls was to work
I paid a lot of money for a guide to take us across the street and down an elevator. Seemed kind of dumb to me.
Our guide, Julia, was very nice and helpful.
Our tour guide Jovani was wonderful. We learned so much about the area that we would've never known otherwise.

Our tour guide was fantastic! We were his first tour group as he had been in training to become a guide, and he was amazing. He was funny and friendly and had some great recommendations of places to eat and see in Toronto as well. The tours were great, though with all the add-ons, we didn't actually get enough free time to see the town, so that was a bit of a bummer, but overall was a great value for the cost.
It was a wonderful experience — an outstanding tourism offering at an excellent price for the quality of services provided. I would absolutely recommend it 100%, without hesitation.
Everything was super easy and well organized. The tour guide was lovely and expleained it all in details plus amazing histories and facas. The boat tour is once in a ligetime experience.
Excellent behaviour of Mr Suresh Our Driver cum Guide An experience will not discribe in some world's
Amazing day. The falls are more spectacular than I anticipated We did behind the falls, Skylon tower and boat ride. We also did additional helicopter ride. All amazing but to be honest a bit too much to cram in. It's a bit of a rush to do it all. We almost missed the boat trip as the queue was so big. We just managed to do it, but was 50-50 if we made it back to the coach in time. Do the boat first!! Not last, as it's the best bit so don't risk missing it
It is very convenient to get a ride back and forth even if you have to pay the toll of paying 45min in the store to be explained about maple syrup but mostly to buy.

Well organised, good communication, beat the queues a big bonus as we were in prime tourist season. Our tour guide Malvina was lovely, friendly and put you at ease from the moment you got picked up. A great tour not to be missed and value for money
We (my 17-years old children and me) had a nice and interessting day. We booked the trip to the falls including the journey behind the falls and the boat trip. Above all the boat trip was a nice experiance. We went close to the falls (the thundering water-masses). Yes there were a lot of people at the falls. It is over-tourism! Thanks to our guide Bernhard for organising the tour. We had a wonderful day.
Bus trip was terrible, 4 hrs to get to the falls, 3 hrs to get back (traffic not your fault), then we had to rush like mad to see the tower, behind falls, & boat cruise by 3.30 pm....the bus left us behind at the tower at 12.45 pm...lots of wasted time (eg, stopping at maple leaf centre)...we had no time to look at the falls from the pathway
My daughter (14 years old) and I did the all-inclusive tour (Floral Clock, Whirlpool, Maple Syrup Tasting, Behind the falls, Tower, Boat Tour) at the end of July and were very enthusiastic. Our expectations were fully met and if we had to choose, we would book it again! I'll start with the "but" in the description: The first three stops in particular are very short or "touristy" (of course it's the whole vacation, otherwise we wouldn't be here). That means getting off the bus, taking photos and getting back on the bus. The maple syrup tasting is nice and at the same time clearly commercial! Did we have a problem with that? No! Why? The clear answer: the tour guide and our expectations. It was clear to us from the outset that the group tour was a group tour and therefore not everyone could hang around everywhere for hours. At the same time, and we both found this very positive, the tour guide told us from the outset how things would go and what we could actually expect. The Floral Clock is just a few flowers. Should you stop there? Yes! Should you stop there for a long time? No! So everything done right. The same with the other "advance" stops. It was completely different at the falls themselves. It was clearly explained to us when we should be where. Where we had to go and how to get in. Here, we were actually guided to the respective door so that we couldn't get lost (although it did happen to us on the way back on our own). We had enough time at ALL the stations and were able to see everything in a relatively relaxed manner. Behind the falls and the tower are quite nice and if you are there, you should definitely do that (the guide was right there too, you probably only come here once). The real highlight was of course the boat tour. Very impressive, very wet and an absolute must! Tip: Despite the poncho, pack a change of clothes and, if possible, perhaps slippers or similar for the boat. We stood at the bottom and at the very front and the water ran into the top of our boncho and our feet got wet from below. On the upper deck, at least our feet seemed to stay dry. The return journey took almost 2.5 hours due to the evening traffic jam. On a positive note, a short break was made so that we could use the toilets or buy snacks if necessary (not a planned tourist activity!). We stopped at a Tim Horton's so no commission for the driver or guide from the store). The bottom line, and you can probably tell from the review, is that the trip was worthwhile and is also highly recommended in terms of value for money! It's probably cheaper if you travel or take care of it yourself, but for us as "uninformed tourists" the package was definitely the right choice. Thank you very much!

The ease of not having to drive. I didn't have to purchase on my own. The experience was nice overall. Didn't like the vagueness of the meet up spot. Didn't like our tickets were held unless we paid the "tip".
The best thing was Jeremias' attention. I got lost from the group and he took care of picking me up where I was. He was very kind. The tour was very good

Lots of information during the tour, great stops and a caring guide at the crowded Niagara Falls

We had a good experience. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, they picked us on time from the designated pickup location. The guide already had tickets for all the activities that we had selected, so everything went smoothly.
It was a very straightforward trip and great value for money. our guide Bernard and the driver were great. There was loads of time to explore, we were never rushed and we were able to skip the queue and photographers at the journey behind the falls. Thanks cannot recommend highly enough
Very well organised and assistance from our guide to jump the queues and make the most of our time. And the falls themselves.. speechless!
Took my parents and they LOVED it. Falls are even better in person. Guide was super sweet and made sure we were comfy all day.
Took my teenage kids and they didn’t roll their eyes once! Guide was awesome and falls are even better in person. Would recommend.
Took my parents on this for their anniversary. Weather was perfect, sunny but not too hot. The organization was spot on—tickets in hand, no waiting in long lines. Special thanks to our guide, Rachel, who pointed out all the best photo ops. We even got a little history lesson on the bus. Loved how close we got to the falls! Would recommend for families.
We elected to go for the 'behind the falls' + the tower+a boat trip. We really enjoyed the trip overall - if we had a citicism it would be that the first part of the tour (behind the falls) felt rushed as we had only. 45 minutes to queue, descend see the 3 viewing points quickly and queue again for the lift back up in order to get the coach to the tower. We would have preferred more time to get more pictures and felt this was not organised for the visitors convenience. We also felt rushed when we stopped at the maple syrup stop which we enjoyed. The guide was good and answered all my questions. The falls were spectacular.
I took my dad on this tour for his birthday and he was like a kid again seeing the falls up close. Everything was organized, no stress. Guide even helped us skip a long line at one attraction. Weather was just right. Would recommend for anyone visiting Toronto!
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect since this was my first tour from Toronto, but it turned out EPIC! Went with my partner, and we both loved the boat ride right up close to the falls—got SOAKED even with the ponchos (laughing in every photo). Our guide, Jen, was super chill and told some fun stories about local legends. Bit crowded at the main viewing points but we still found space for a selfie. Bus was comfy, AC worked (thank god, it was hot!). Would 100% do it again.
Everything was well organized and worked perfekt. Our driver/tour guide was great and did an unbeatable job. Can completely recommend this trip.
This tour was PERFECT. Went with two friends and we all agreed the guide made it super fun. Didn’t feel rushed and got plenty of time at each stop. Loved the little facts about the area!
This day trip was everything we hoped for—easy pickup, friendly group, and the falls are just... well, you gotta see em yourself. I went with my bestie and we loved the little stops at the winery and the cute town nearby. Our guide even helped us get a spot on the upper deck for better views. Worth every penny.

Jeremiah was a great guide! Super approachable and honest about where best to spend our time and money. Plenty of time to explore and includes great experiences. All round great day!
I found booking easy and pick up points practical. The tour guide Lisa was very friendly and informative and organized and ran to schedule. I felt very safe in the bus as she's an excellent driver. I'd recommend this tour to anyone. The Falls themselves are amazing.
Lots of information during the tour, great stops and a caring guide at the crowded Niagara Falls

Had such a wonderful experience! Afshin, our tour guide, was very friendly and personable and not annoying at all like some tour guides are. As a tourrist, I was very excited to do all of the fun bucketlist items like getting to experince eating frozen maple syrup off a stick and of course the bretahatking view of Niagra. Hard to put into words how the eperince was, but it was memorable. I reccoemnd taking a tour because you don't have to worry about parking, or where to go. I had a great time
Very imprewssed. lots of water.
Nice guide and very professional.
