- Wet Jet seats have a minimum height requirement of 44″ (112 cm); children aged 12 and under or under 100 lbs are not permitted in the first 3-4 rows.
- Dry Jet seats require guests to be at least 40″ (102 cm) tall; children aged 12 and under or under 100 lbs are not permitted in the first 3-4 rows.
- Pregnant guests and anyone with osteoporosis, heart, neck, or back injuries may not participate.
- Large bags, suitcases, and oversized items are not allowed on board.
- Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited.

- All seating assignments are at the discretion of the Captain & Crew; guests not meeting requirements will be refused boarding.
